From August 18th to 19th, 2023, the 2023 China Computational Power Conference, co-sponsored by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the People's Government of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, was held in Yinchuan, Ningxia. During the conference, Chairman Li Liubing of China Bester Group Telecom accepted an exclusive interview in the 5G live broadcast room. In response to "What is the current development status of my country's computing power industry?" and "China Bester Group Telecom's computing power achievements and development advantages", Li Liubing said:

Recently, the AIGC driven by large models has led a new round of technological revolution in the world, thus driving the majestic growth in the demand for large computing power. The current stage of computing power development is similar to the start of wireless communication from 2G to 3G/4G/5G technology iterations, and resulting huge innovations at industrial applications. The development of domestic computing power, from the perspective of the industrial chain, has just started. The GPU and server supply chain is in the early stage of development, and operating methods of the computing power AIDC is also in the early stage. This is also the main reason for the current industry's vigorous vitality. From the perspective of future industry trends, two business models will be formed. The first is that major Internet companies build their own computing power clusters, and the second is to rent out computing power to other manufacturers or large companies as a supplement as China Bester Group Telecom. The computing power industry is in the ascendant and full of vitality. China Bester Group Telecom has decided to develop the AI large-scale model industry and regard intelligent computing power services as the focus of new infrastructure business development. Currently, two computing power centers in Hefei and the Yangtze River Delta have been deployed. The first phase investment of Hefei Computing Power Center is about 1 billion yuan. The civil engineering and supporting facilities of the park have been completed, and the construction of computer rooms’ supporting facilities have started. The first phase of the project will achieve a computing power of 3000P. It is planned to obtain service capabilities in the fourth quarter. After the overall completion, it can provide a maximum computing power of 10,000P. The Yangtze River Delta Computing Power Center plans to invest 200 million yuan to provide 800-1000P computing power. The location of the computer room has been initially determined, and the investment agreement is being negotiated with the local government. The servers purchased by the company in the early stage have been in place one after another, and the prototypes have been provided to some customers for testing. Chairman Li also introduced the specific goal of "China Bester's “double 10,000” strategic action plan for computing power in the next three years to achieve the service capability of 10,000 GPUs and 10,000 P computing power".

Combining China Bester Group Telecom's 30 years of technology experience, business development and analysis of its advantages in the deployment of computing power business, Director Rao indicated that China Bester Group Telecom will set sail again after 30 years - deploying computing power business and promoting special model training for the communication industry and encourage young entrepreneurs to seize the opportunity of the current technological revolution and dedicate their youth and enthusiasm to the innovation and development of China's computing power.
