In January 2019, in the bidding for the 2019-2020 group & client dedicated line construction project of China Mobile Hubei Company, our company successfully won the bids of Wuhan, Xiangyang, Jingzhou, Shiyan, Yichang, Xianning, and Suizhou. The winning amount was 92.18 million yuan, ranking the second.

Hubei Mobile's 2019-2020 group & client dedicated line construction projects include dedicated line cable construction, line terminal equipment installation and other investment projects; dedicated line optimization and renovation cost projects; Hubei Province IMS, cloud video, clairvoyance industry version and other government and enterprise cost projects. Such projects have high requirements for implementation, tight time, fast response, and strong implementation and delivery capabilities. Hubei is the foundation and base of Bester. The implementation capabilities and human, financial and material equipment of the five business divisions in Hubei are the strongest among all service providers in the province. Our company's ability to win a larger share of bids again fully reflects our strong implementation capabilities in Hubei and the high degree of recognition from customers.
