On December 4, 2023, the first batch of computing power services of the "China Bester Intelligent Computing · Three-River-Source Computing Power Cluster" was launched at China Unicom (Qinghai) Three-River-Source National Big Data Base. China Unicom (Qinghai) Three-River-Source National Big Data Base is located in Nanchuan Industrial Park, Xining City, with a total investment of 5 billion yuan. It is planned to cover a total area of 500 acres and will be built in three phases. With a bandwidth of 5000G and an annual PUE value of 1.17, it has passed the A-level (enhanced level) certification of CQC data center infrastructure. The construction of the second phase of the Three-River-Source National Big Data Base has begun, laying a foundation for the integration of computing and network, and contributing to the strategies of assisting Qinghai with data, channelling computing resources from the east to the west, and storing data from the east to the west. It will accelate Qinghai’s integration into the national computing hubs of National integrated computing power network. As an important hub to connecting China with international networks to West Asia, Europe and Africa, the Three-River-Source National Big Data Base enjoys strategic and commercial significance.
