On November 28th, the headquarters building of China Bester Group was enveloped in a brilliant golden glow of winter, with banners fluttering and drums beating, adding color and luster to its 30th anniversary celebration. In November 1992, with the upsurge of Mr. Deng's southern tour speech, Mr. Li Liubing resigned and established Bester Telecommunication Company (the predecessor of China Bester Group). With excellent technical capabilities, it became unique in the industry.

In the early days after starting the business, Mr. Li Liubing proposed that the company must focus on developing its full-service engineering capabilities, expanding its business from single exchange project to design, pipeline engineering, and power supply supporting projects. Subsequently, Bester started its mobile phone sales, expanding from technical services to full-service communications.

2G, 3G, 4G... Facing every opportunity in the communication industry, Bester, which adhered to its main business through continuously expanding its ICT business and ERP software information services, finally become the first private enterprise in China to obtain the Grade A qualification for telecommunications engineering.

In 2012, with the lofty goals of "taking China Mobile's business as the main engine, and China Telecom’s and China Unicom's business as the wings", and striving to be the industry leader, Bester has deepened its core professional technology, system platform, and full life cycle project management. Through the innovation in technology, business, and institution, Bester achieved a 30% growth in performance for 8 consecutive years. In 2018, China Bester Group successfully listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

The first Shanghai Bell S1240 project undertaken by Bester was completed in only 26 days, from equipment arrival, installation, to opening, creating a history of Alcatel and Shanghai Bell program-controlled switch delivery and opening. Later, Bester completed the installation and testing of multiple S1240 program-controlled exchange projects in provinces, cities, and counties, with its service capabilities, cutover speed, and technical level ranked among the best.

In October 2002, Bester won the bid for the Optical Cable Project of Hubei Telecom (Han-Yi trunk line), which was the company's first optical cable trunk project. With its outstanding construction quality and fastest construction speed, Bester won the first prize of Provincial High-Quality Communication Engineering and the second prize of High-Quality Engineering Of The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, making it the first private company in the country with such honor that undertook national trunk project.

The high technical level and service quality have earned China Bester Group a great reputation and made it the leading service provider for the three major operators. In cooperation with Huawei, ZTE, and Datang, Bester has sent thousands of professional engineers for professional training, greatly enhancing the company's hard power.

In 2013, Bester won the bid for the first-class trunk-line equipment project of China Mobile (northwest region) for the first time, becoming the only private enterprise to win the bid for the first-class trunk-line project of China Mobile. Later, it won the bids for the trunk-line projects of China Unicom and China Telecom, becoming the only service provider to undertake the first-class trunk-line projects of the three major operators at the same time, which has continued to this day.

Since China Mobile started the first-level centralized procurement in 2014, Bester has been ranked as the leading engineering service enterprise in the country in the bidding over the years, and the first among private enterprises in the country.

At the conference, China Bester Group officially released the China Bester Intelligent Computing Operation Platform, China Bester Intelligent Computing Heterogeneous Scheduling Platform and China Bester Intelligent Computing Cluster Monitoring Platform. The three platforms are based on AI computing power gateways, which converge diverse heterogeneous computing power resource pools and realize computing power resource management and scheduling functions through underlying data sharing.
